Go to “My characters” and click “Create character”.
1) Fill in the name, title, and description so the character is clear and engaging.
2) Configure the personality and system instructions — they define the speaking style in chat.
3) Choose visibility: private for yourself or submit for moderation to appear in the catalog.

Public characters go through moderation. After you submit, we review the profile, description, and safety.
— If everything is OK, the character will appear in the catalog and get a shareable link.
— If changes are needed, you’ll receive a notification with suggestions and can resubmit.

Open “Chat appearance”.
— Choose a preset wallpaper or paste a link to your own;
— Adjust gradients and bubble colors in “Custom theme”;
— Apply the settings to all chats with one click.

Use “Contact support” on the FAQ page or in the chat. Include the conversation ID, your browser, and what happened — it helps us reproduce the issue and respond faster.
